Kroger | AI & Quantitive Research

Nearly 19,000 associates surveyed about HR-related tasks, and analyzed with Qualtrics’ powerful TextIQ text analysis functionality. Led to strategic changes in internal HR-function AI Chatbot, Sage. Built on IBM Watsonx.

Redesigning the Kroger credit card mobile experience

Though it had potential, Kroger’s credit card product was struggling to meet its customer numbers. Our team used a service design approach to review the end-to-end process to create a proposal for a more visible, usable credit product.
